Staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, location was perfect, facilities were clean and well-maintained, and they even offered bike rentals for an enjoyable day of exploring.

During my stay at El Gualicho, I had a fantastic time exploring Puerto Madryn. The hostel was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay - a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy common area, and a clean dining room.

It's all very basic - the room (private + bathroom) the breakfast overall cleanliness. All in all, over priced for what you get.

The hostel had a modern and clean atmosphere, with plenty of room for guests. The kitchen facilities were good, and there was a comfortable lounge area to relax in. this hostel exceeded my expectations! i've stayed in puerto madryn before, but el gualicho was amazing. the staff went above and beyond to help with tours and transportation, and the facilities were always clean. breakfast was included too!

My stay at El Gualicho was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They all spoke English, which made communication a breeze. The location of the hostel was perfect, just a few blocks from the stunning coastline where you can catch a glimpse of whales!

While there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as the lack of a hairdryer in the bathroom and some issues with the printer, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall amazing experience I had at El Gualicho.

I recently stayed at El Gualicho Hostel for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, providing excellent tour recommendations and assisting with transportation arrangements. The facilities were always spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden to relax in. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, feeling more like a hotel than a hostel. this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in!
